[challenge] When everything began

jae_riding_ho{14} Meeting new people, who then end up to become your closest friends.
The first one he meets is a young boy of mere 13 years. His name is JunSu and he finds the boy quite amusing with his squeaky voice and naïve self. For two years they bond into something one can call friendship, both being passionate dancers. JunSu is an exquisite singer as well, something he himself has to work on very hard.
The next he meets is a 15-year-old boy he first mistakes for a girl. The other isn't pleased when he utters his first thought and earns himself a fist against his nose. No wonder that the black haired isn't the least happy about getting into the same dorm as him. When he tries to make a new start, he stumbles over his own feet and takes a lamp down with him. A hearty laughter rings through his ears and he could swear to hear angels sing - or maybe it was just the lump growing at the back of his head that played tricks on him. He is successful though, getting to know the name of his roommate. He is called JaeJoong, and, how the young boy had put it, he liked his crooked teeth. He had blushed, JaeJoong had hid his laugh behind his hand.
Just a few months later the three friends get to know a 15-year-old boy named YooChun. He came from the USA and was quite timid when he got introduced to them. He was said to be part of the boy band the boys were supposed to be in from now on. Just a name was missing as well as another member, or so they were told.
JaeJoong gets along with YooChun very well, the two growing inseparable. It irks him just a little bit. Wasn't he JaeJoong's dancing partner? And wasn't JaeJoong the one who wanted to help him increase his singing skills? No, he was not jealous. Why would he be jealous of his new band mate?
He thinks he doesn't know, but JaeJoong does witness. “You're weird, being jealous of YooChun,” JaeJoong laughs into his face, pinching the puffed cheeks. “You're my best friend, don't worry, YunHo-yah,” he assures him with a smile that let the other dumbstruck and flushed.
A year later a young boy of 14 years comes into their group, the young one already taller than three of his older band mates. Just YunHo was yet a little bit taller than the lad named ChangMin.
The first thing the tall boy is requesting for once their manager is out of the door of their dorm, is food. Four sets of laughter fill the dorm before the oldest, being JaeJoong, got up and served his band mates a meal they wouldn't want to miss in the future. Homemade was still the best.
With jokes and funny activities the five boys get to know each other just a little bit more, only two of them falling into the circle called love deeper and deeper.
For the next years they would be together; as friends, some even as lovers. With every day, week and month their debut was coming closer. No one of them knew that once they will be known as Asia's most popular boy band. At this moment, they couldn't even think about their name Dong Bang Shin Ki being chanted all over the world.
