Day 29 - You are at a cemetery reading gravestones. Write about one of the people you find.
Sakurazuka Seishirou/Sumeragi Subaru (X/1999) → drabble || drama, romance, character death, pg
Weeks and months had passed ever since Tokyo and the entire world were able to be saved by Kamui's great sacrifice. Thanks to him many were still alive. Many had lost someone dear to them. Subaru was no exception.

Weeks and months had passed ever since Tokyo and the entire world were able to be saved by Kamui's great sacrifice. Thanks to him many were still alive. Many had lost someone dear to them. Subaru was no exception.
It took him all the strength he could muster to set foot onto the cemetery his loved ones were resting in. The last time he had been here was to pay visit to his dear twin sister before the great battle had been about to happen. Now he was here because of him. He was here because of Seishirou.
A gentle aura lay in Subaru's gaze when his eyes drew from the gravestone of his sister to the one having Sakurazuka Seishirou engraved on its surface. A prayer lay on his lips when he crouched down in front of the still fresh grave. It was barely a few months old but it felt like eternity for Subaru. Tenderly he let his palm caress over the tombstone that reminded of the one he held dearest. Even more so than he had loved his sister.
He wanted to lie there with him, with them. He did not want to live a life without those two; without him. A tear escaped his eyes when he whispered words of mourning and longing into the air meant to reach the man residing in his heart. He had been the only man, the only person aside his twin sister, whom he ever loved. He had been the only one whom he had trusted with his life. He had been the one hurting him gravely with the murder of his sister. He had been the only one he wanted to give his life to. And again he had been the one shattering his heart with his death caused by Subaru's own hands.
Now Subaru was alone. And he had nothing but the sweet memories to accompany him at night.
