[challenge] Day 2 - Seishirou/Subaru
Day 2 - Tell about a character who lost something important to him/her.
Seishirou/Subaru (Tokyo Babylon) → drabble || drama, pg
With his face buried in his hands Subaru sat on a chair in the hallway of a hospital. His figure was trembling with suppressed tears and softly muttered words of guilt were pearling from his lips. They were unheard though in the empty hallway.

With his face buried in his hands Subaru sat on a chair in the hallway of a hospital. His figure was trembling with suppressed tears and softly muttered words of guilt were pearling from his lips. They were unheard though in the empty hallway.
Sheepishly he looked at the door in front of him sporting the number 226. Next to it was a sign placating who was stationed in it: Sakurazuka Seishirou. His eyebrows furrowed in guilt even more when his reddened eyes holding unshed tears stared at the name of the one person closest to him after his sister. It was his fault that he lay here, his fault that Seishirou had lost his right eye.
“Seishirou-san,” he choked out when he let his head drop once more into his hands. His unshed tears leaked mercilessly from his eyes when he asked for all deities he could summon to forgive him for being careless and to thank them for sparing Seishirou's precious life. The guilt of almost losing the one whom he lost his heart to was enough of the punishment he deserved.
